Skyler finally decides to WALK!!
Skyler has been taking steps for probably a month or more. We just could not get him to walk! Well, on Friday Aug 8 he decided to walk. He is very wobbly and puts his hands up or out, but he is WALKING!! Yea!! It's been hard to take him places because he wanted to crawl everywhere. I put some cute little church shoes on him today and he walked at church. It was so cute! He's so proud of himself that he claps at himself regularly. He's so much fun to have around. (Even though he screams out "MOM" every few seconds in public).
Uncle Seth goes into the MTC
Bryce picked up his brother Seth from the airport on Monday. He slept at our house Mon and Tues night. The boys loved having him around! He has always been so good to play with all his nieces and nephews. Joshua has always especially liked him.
We all went out to dinner at Golden Coral on Tues night. The food wasn't that great, and they didn't have their fresh rolls (bummer for me) but we still had a good time. I love spending time with my awesome in laws!
We took Seth to the MTC on Wed Aug 6 at 11:30am. I was so worried we were going to be late, so Bryce decided to go look at a couple houses before hand, just to show me he would still make it on time. We were on time, but I think it made Seth a little more nervous too. He just couldn't wait to get there. He's going to be an awesome missionary.

Gateway Discovery Museum
Last week we went to the Gateway Discovery Museum in Salt Lake with my sister Stacy, her boys Aidan and Kelton, my sister-in-law Ashley, and her daughter Hailey. They have so many fun things for kids to do. Everything is designed around children. They can shop, play house, drive little cars, play with balls, build things, pretend to be on the news, pretend to fly a helicopter, etc. The kids all loved it! If you haven't been I recommend it!
